个人建议和一楼老哥一样，可以用充气款的，大小可以操控，调到一个极限的度睡一觉会进步的快一些（早期，而且有点难睡着）慢慢坚持就好，这个东西急不来，毕竟是自己的身体，不是来糟蹋，只是来放松娱乐的
